The price is great for NYC. It cost one third of hotels in Manhattan for some days during the UN session. It wasn't too hard to get to Manhattan using a combination of Citibike and subway. Of course for the price, you can't expect any frills. The place looks old, soundproofing is weak, and there is no elevator. But the bedding and bathroom looked neat. There is a light breakfast. The staff is friendly. I wish the internet were a bit faster.

Location
The staff member had very little understanding of English and made it difficult to communicate. We got there in the end but it took way too long as we were tired and just wanted to get to bed to sleep
