Everything.. great place to stay, and we were upgraded for our anniversary which was nice. Gorgeous room with great views, shower and bed. We love the robes too! Pool and jacuzzis were awesome
Overall a really good experience

I loved the hotel. In addition to a friendly/helpful staff, there was a great coffee shop. The location was perfect. It was very close to the light rail station and across the street from The Grand America, its beautiful sister hotel. As I had high tea there and a concert, it simplified my life.

Good location
We were staying in the rooms opposite the reception and it was right on the street - street noise woke me both nights and so did people outside in the middle of the night. Also room smelled musty including bedding
