Location is great, beach was nice, having a starbucks on site was nice. Room was big and beds were confortable

The pool was definitely not clean. The hotel is a bit old. And the stay was very expensive. Front desk was very rude and unhelpful.

Very clean!

There were several times I tried to call the front desk and did not get an answer. I was told I could get a cart to carry my stuff down and when I went to get it they wouldn’t let me have one without a person attached which was annoying. The bellman was extremely rude. I’m still shocked by the rudeness!
