Budget friendly, good location, friendly staff.
Looks to be still updating the facility.
Bedsheets clean, a bit worn however.
Beds very comfortable.
Although room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, hallways and lobby were still in need of upgrade.
Coffee only provided in lobby only.
Single ice machine for entire hotel, other floor ice machines not working.
Elevator working, however rough function..a bit concerning.
Stairwells if elected, minimal lighting, did not feel safe selection over elevator.

Even though it's obvious the property is in the middle of a complete renovation everything was clean and worked perfectly definitely return in the future as long as the rates are still good!
Room renovation completed before guest allowed to rent that room

The property is under renovations which was not stated anywhere that I read and had I known I wouldn’t have there I would’ve found somewhere else
The fact that it was under renovations but not stated on site
