Everything good except I wasn’t told up front there would be a 100 dollar hold fee charged to me and it takes to long to get it back. We r senior citizens. I didn’t get a receipt from the property and madev2 requests and yet to have one.

The location was convenient, easy to get in and out. The bed was very comfortable. The carpet was clean. The staff was friendly.
The shower curtain was dirty along the bottom. The room smelled a little like a dog may have been in it.

The lobby was really nice when you walk in. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was cool. The breakfast had good coffee and a good variety to choose from.
The outside immediately made me question our decision. It needs a facelift. The shower was the smallest shower I’ve ever used in a hotel and the floors in the bathroom needed a better cleaning.

The location was convenient.
The beds were terrible and the mattress felt like a sofa hide-a-way bed with a harsh bar like feeling you had to sleep across. Pillows were quality, though! 👍
