The location and the hotel restaurant, Rascals, were great.
The carpets were unclean and stained. The extra resort fee that is charged was ridiculous and unreasonable. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again if they charge a separate resort fee. It is deceptive.

Best hotel experience ever. This place is my new standard when it comes to hotels and what to expect
I was not there long enough. Honestly not 1 complaint

They had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in my life! The spa, pool area and fire pits were amazing. Highly recommend!!
The toiletry products like shampoo/conditioner were not so good.

Restaurant was delicious. Beds very comfy.
Staff was ok. Some were bad, some were good. Would expect better staff for a four star and the price
