Nice to have the choice of a hot breakfast which varied a little throughout our stay,
Location good - easy access to key roads for exploring MA.
Two of our seven nights woken by a lorry parked near by with its engine running (@05:00 hrs for at least 30mins) with diesel fumes entering our room.

Great location and good breakfast
TV did not work for whole of the stay, complained everyday and someone came along but could not fix it as problem with WiFi, upon checkout was told the manager would email me to find a resolution but have not had any correspondence at all
