It was very clean and comfortable.
N/A. Staff were friendly but when going to desk, waited a while and there was no way to get a hold of anyone

The room was recently renovated. New furniture and appliances . The walls repainted. The bathroom was new and clean.
Although the flooring was new, it was not clean. If you walk barefoot you could feel the dirt on the floor. Your feet would get black from the dirt. The first morning after taking a shower I had to re-wash them because I had walked barefoot on the floor. From then on I wore socks which got dirty. They need to do a much better job of keeping the floor clean.
