Location Room was well equipped and reasonably spacious
The air and heat were not easy to control. Air was extremely cool and heat quite warm.
The hair dryer did not work and it took a long time to get a replacement to our room

Great location, room very comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard every day.
Lounge on 26th floor less than welcoming. If you wanted alcoholic drinks staff were all over you, however, for anything else it was help yourself.

Location was great.
Smell is just terrible - old carpet and furniture and doesn’t get aired out. Our suitcase were literally dropped in the middle of the road and no care or apology from staff when picking up and sorting out the mess. Lifts are being fixed so constant queue for the single working lift.
