Location was not busy or loud
The main lobby and hallway had NO air conditioning. The room wouldn't cool down enough

The free WiFi was cutting in and out during my stay and I couldn’t watch any movies on the television due to it being under maintenance. The cable was fine but I really wanted to watch movies.

I appreciated how helpful Carol, the manager, was throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and seamless. BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE! The room cleaning lady was very helpful and left our rooms spotless each time. I did have to pay a $50 deposit, although Booking.com didn't mention it, and neither did the confirmation email or welcome letter from Quality.
The disappointing parts were due to the building's age. I had no cold water, only boiling hot water, which made showering nearly impossible. Carol had someone sent to attempt to repair the water adjuster 3 times, with no fix. The solution Carol proposed was a credit for my next stay at any Choice Hotels since all rooms were booked. Breakfast could have used some improvement. Laundry room wasn't usable due to "delayed parts"
