Great location. Five minute drive to Provo Central Station where we could park for free and ride the bus to BYU. They had cookies and water in the lobby, which was an appreciated added touch.
Very minor, but our shower door wouldn’t stay shut all the way, and the toilets sit very low. The juice and coffee machines were broken during our first morning breakfast but the staff member there offered and made guests coffee in the single cup maker, which went above and beyond and was much appreciated. They got both machines up and running before we left breakfast that day.

Excellent value for a long distance travel stop. Friendly, efficient check-in. The room was clean and well furnished. Not advertised, but very important to me was the 10 bay Tesla Supercharging facility right next door.

excellent breakfast
Location --- difficult to find. The hotel should have signs from off the freeway to the turn into the plaza where it's located.

"Hotel was located in a good area. There was 2 people in front of me at check-in but I didn’t have to wait too long. Our room was fine and met our needs. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was ok."
