Really like that the property has security at night and is closed off of one side. Makes it feel really safe!
I didn’t like that parking was a little over $25 aside from what you are already paying for the hotel room. But overall really good place and sense of security.

- We really liked the location very near the subway (which we took to universal) and near grocery store etc.
- The staff was friendly and welcoming and good process for checkin
- The place was very clean and all amenities were there, in a big room
- The light in the corridor could not be well blocked by the wooden binds which made the room bright at night - felt like morning and we did not sleep well despite the confortable bed & sheets
- Room was not pre-cooled with the AC so we arrived to a hot room, and the AC is loud
- Not given the wifi code on arrival which was unusual as code is not in the room, we called and got it

This hotel is room only. But there was a fridge in the room. The reception had a coffee machine with free coffee until 11am. But hot water was available all day. As was cold water. They also had a microwave to warm your own food. And free popcorn on occasion. The evening staff were the friendliest especially Lizzy and the night security guard.
I felt very safe there as the guard was on duty all night.
The swimming pool was heated and very clean. As well as the surrounding pool area.
The Hotel is next door to the metro underground. And a metro bus stops outside.
A large supermarket is opposite.
There is also an ice machine on site.
This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. It is much superior to a motel just up the road that I took a look at.
The pool area usually had loud music playing. And I was told they were unable to turn it down or off. This meant that the pool area was not relaxing and it was difficult to
relax and read a book.
During the day my party were usually the only ones in the pool area.

The staff was very nice
I am surprised by how this hotel has received good reviews. I had a disappointing experience during my stay for a fitness event. I was hoping for a good rest, but the noise from street traffic and ambulances was constant throughout the night. Additionally, the sheets were dirty, and I found some hair under the sheets. The air conditioning was very loud, and it was quite hot that night. Given the price of over $300 for one night, I was expecting a quality hotel. If you are planning on resting, I would recommend considering other options.
