Location, parking, breakfast all great! Loved seeing all the dogs there! Clean, welcoming vibes while there. We enjoyed the full size hygiene products in the bathroom.
Room main door wouldn’t close, you had to manually maneuver it for to close otherwise you could push it open. Not a big deal being an adult but with kids you couldn’t trust the door was “unlocked” and anyone could gain access into the room. I mentioned it at checkout and they were going to have mntc look into it. The floors had stains on the carpet, but the non carpeted areas were sticky. Water was lukewarm which they said they were addressing the issue throughout the whole hotel.

The receptionist was horrible and rude. She was not available to desk. She knew we were there and she told us to wait. The interaction was very rude. Acted like I was bothering her. She seemed very angry and very short with me. All I did was give her my name and I spelled it and she says I know and she said well you booked with bookings.com so I have to charge you for some unknown expenses. I left, wondering what just happened. Never met somebody so rude when showing up for a room.

Great location, big generous parking lot (I have a van and trailer), good breakfast, nearby restaurant
Bed too soft for my preference but okay.

Booked double beds, when I got there they didn't have any put me and a friend in a king. Why pick room if you can't get what you pick. Would have choose a different hotel.
Bathroom dirty, cleaning needs to improve.
Didn't get room I choose. Why pick out a room if they are just going to give you what they want. I then tell you they don't have any available.
