Holiday Inn Express Woodbridge by IHG

I liked the location, parking, and the breakfast. The staff were friendly, especially the night shift when we got there. The night security was very helpful as we were exhausted from a long trip and he helped with our luggage.

I did not like the housekeeping. When we returned to our room after being out all day, the room had not been cleaned.

Great facility with lots of amenities. The room we were in had a leak and a smell and the front desk staff immediately accommodated us with a suite on another floor.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the overall experience.

There was nothing major that I disliked. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Its was pleasant, breakfast was good. Morning staff was nice

The bathroom, I didn't like the moldy black edges all around the tub and the floor. Staff during the day was nice but middle of the night, the guy was not nice n acted super weird. Was sitting in the corner and ignored us at the front desk until we called him to help check out. Then he wouldn't speak. We kept having to ask what we had to do next to finish checking out. He seemed like he was on something.
