All of the front desk staff was excellent. The room was perfect. It was five minutes down from where I needed to be so it was completely ideal.
The hotel had nothing that I disliked

Location.
Limited room service. Hard to find staff when needed. No breakfast or food available other than instant soups, frozen meals, candy bars, etc. I wish there were more options.
