FELIX is the best worker you have in that entire place. He feels like HOME! He is so kind and considerate and I think that's the only reason I am giving your property a 9/10 because without him I think it would be a 2/10. He is EVERYTHING and deserves the world. He acknowledges you, tries to give recommendations on what to do if the weather is bad. He treats everyone with the utmost respect even while being disrespected in the process; I saw this firsthand when the customer also interrupted me speaking with him and requesting something because she thought she was just that important.

The wifi that was included with my stay was awful and I had to work from this hotel room so it was difficult. It ended up improving so I am not sure if there were too many people on the system. The staff were not all friendly or even look at you when you walk by. Housekeeping schedule wasn't good I understand it's every other day but when I requested it they said they didn't receive the request. Which I was there for about 4 or 5 days and never got my room cleaned though I paid extra to have my dogs and I had a child. Do you know how many diapers I had in my room? The housekeeping needs a lot of work. I also have a child so that means bath time and the stopper in the tub didn't work so we couldn't even give our son a bath without needing a repair. If you're taking extra money from me to have my dog then you need to have better facilities and have trash removed daily.

Great breakfast, THE KINDEST STAFF, Comfy bed, Safe Area, Super Clean! The night staff made me feel so much at home:) he was amazing!!!

After booking a room following a poor AirBnb experience, I was pleased to find a clean room with amenities and staff who was eager to help me check-in despite it being midnight. The room was very comfortable and quiet, with the A/C being notably cold in all the best ways. Most notably of my whole experience, after accidentally injuring myself during my trip, the staff member at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me.

During my 2-day stay housekeeping never stopped by my room. During my initial check-in, I had just enough conditioner for my first shower, but following that the conditioner bottle was never refilled. In addition, the trash was never taken out, so it began to overflow rather quickly. I noticed a small burn mark in the floor on initial check-in, however this isn’t a particularly big deal, so long as I’m not penalized.

Bath smelled of cigarette smoke... no carts available for luggage... staff member just said we'll if there are any they would be in the front area...gym was incomplete and none of the tv's worked properly.... too expensive...
