breakfast was amazing and able to meet up with family
change rooms due to bathroom arrangement of tub/shower instead of shower. Called in before arrival-facility was corrected within the day.

I love thorough reviews so I’ll offer as much detail as I can. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice and clean. We used them every day of our stay and each time we were there there was staff in to check on the area and replenish towels. The breakfast was nice enough for a free hotel breakfast. Hot options and grab and go, whatever you like. There was a little variation each day and always staff working to make sure it was full. The staff was always friendly. Pool hours went pretty late which was nice, and breakfast hours were 6-11 which was nice if you have an early morning or want to sleep in. There’s coffee teas and ice water in the lobby all day long and a place to fill water bottles by the pool.
A couple things that were annoying… there’s only one drawer in the whole room. The closet has 5 hangers. That makes it really difficult to unpack a family of 4. I hate feeling cluttered in a hotel room but there was no way around it here. The hotel itself sits on the corner of 2 Main roads and both are divided by a median so there was a lot of extra driving, u turns and doubling back to get in and out. There’s no outdoor space at all. No patio, no place to sit. Just a parking lot. There’s a small grassy area with a sign that it’s for dog walking. But with a couple small kids, it would’ve been nice to have somewhere to just be outside. It’s not a very walkable location. There’s lots within walking distance, but the roads are so busy it’s not practical. These are all minor tons, and not necessarily the fault of the hotel, but things I would’ve liked to know in advance. The only real issue we had was at check in. I reserved and paid in full for 2 rooms for 6 people. At check in, they only checked me into one room. When I asked for the second room, the person at the desk couldn’t find it. He kept asking me if it was under another person’s name, and gave me the first name of someone else checking in with my same (common) last name. I said no, I booked them both together and had just one confirmation number. He said I had only paid for one room, but I showed my confirmation that it was 2 rooms for 3 nights each and I’d paid over $1500. I wouldn’t have paid $500 a night for this hotel. He offered to sell me another room, and I said no because I’d paid for 2 already. Then he finally looked at the confirmation number I’d given him and found the second room on my reservation. It all worked out but it was irritating that I had to fight for it and a little weird that the man gave me another customer’s first and last name. Another minor inconvenience was that we didn’t get housekeeping service during our three night stay.

Great staff, comfortable bed.
The setup in the room was awkward. The TV was facing the the table and chairs on the left side of the room, when trying to turn the TV to watch in the bed which was on the perpendicular wall to the tv, it was still mostly angled toward the chairs, so you couldn't watch the TV straight on from the bed. Even though you could turn the TV, it wasn't enough to watch it even close to straight on in bed

The size and layout of the room was nice. We liked that we had a table and two comfy chairs to sit in. The beds were comfortable. And the staff was very nice.
The air conditioning unit was rather strange. It would give cool temps, but if I turned up the temperature in the morning, instead of turning off, it would start putting out heat. Strange. The door to our room was very hard to open. Breakfast on our second day there was out of a lot of basic foods. No orange juice, no butter, no cream cheese, no jams for the bread.
