The decor and look of the hotel were very nice. The breakfast was very good as well. They offered made-to-order omelets, and the serve-yourself options were yummy. I liked that they used real dishes, and the staff who walked around made sure dirty dishes and trash were removed, which kept it clean. The breakfast hours on the weekend were great (7:30 am -10:30 am). The location is down a tree-lined road, which is pretty. The room was spacious and comfortable.
I chose the early check-in and late check-out option (which cost extra) and requested a rollaway bed when I booked. I called the week before my trip to confirm the reservation and was told I needed to call the morning of and talk to the front desk. When I did, they said they don't offer early check-in and don't know why Booking would offer that, but it shouldn't be a problem to check in a few hours early (check-in is 4 pm, and I wanted to check in at 1 pm) and that they have a rollaway bed. I arrived at the hotel closer to 2 pm and was tartly told that there is already a long waiting list for early check-in. Ended up not getting back to actually check in after 11 pm due to the events we were down there for, and when we got to the room, there was no rollaway bed, and we were told they don't know where they are at. Luckily, I brought my blow-up mattress as a backup. I did need a second set of bedding, which was brought up asap. There is also a $12 parking fee that uses a PMC. I was charged twice for the fee, and when I asked the front desk, I was told they had nothing to do with it and that I'd have to contact them.

The Hotel itself was lovely. Beautiful and modern decor.
The pool area wasn’t properly maintained and limited towels available.
No sheets available for pull out sofa and an empty bottle of whiskey was found hidden in the cushions.

Pool
Mold, dirty sofa bed with no linens, old cookies in seats, obvious roach droppings.
