Very clean room and nice staff

The room was comfortable and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located close to our venue as well as shopping.
The elevator was slow. I really did not like that the doors would close and it took some time to start moving. Eventually, I decided to take the stairs.
I know other patrons noticed it as well because they commented about it.

Not much.
I needs some updating & refreshing. The elevators need work they do not level out with the floor. Many leaks on a rainy night.
