The fact that we arrived late in the evening because of Circumstances. The young lady at the front desk check-in was amazingly friendly and attentive.
I didn't like the fact that there was no microwave in the room.when traveling, especially with a family you need accessibility to have food warmed for different times of the day and night. Without leaving the comfort of the room to go downstairs and share one microwave that may or may not be cleaned when time to use.

The room did not have a mini fridge - which I expected at that price. The bathroom is old and needs refurbishing. We had loud neighbors and the walls are not great at keeping the sounds out.
