Everything was clean! The room is an excellent size, beds are extremely comfortable and there was a lot of storage in the room itself. The breakfast was incredible with so many things to choose from. The price of the room was very reasonable as well. Pool was open until 11am. The front desk clerk at check in was kind and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

There was one team member in the morning at breakfast who grabbed my hand while I was serving myself to remove it from the handle on the serving dish. I had no idea what she was doing. She never said a word. She continued to step in front of people, push them aside and glare at guests. She had a long braid. She never said excuse me or identified herself as working at the hotel but had a uniform on and was refilling the food at the buffet. She needs a bit of training on how to interact with guests in a kind manner. The bathroom door in the room has no way to prop itself open. It is spring loaded to close and could potentially injure a child.
