The $18 breakfast was nothing more than we’ve had FREE at other hotel chains. The eggs were either reconstituted or overcooked. the sausage patties were dry and were so overcooked we needed to cut with a knife.
The pastry was C- at best. Bacon was good. Potatoes were good. I had the cranberry juice and it was too sweet. Bottom line…I won’t purchase breakfast at a Hilton again.
If you’re going to charge $18 for breakfast, offer higher quality foods.

It was clean. They were very pleasant at the check in and also at the check out.
The hotel was very big and as nice and beautiful as it was, it took a bit to find where our room was.

Pillows were hard

Pillows were nice. I’ve stayed at hotels just as nice for less and they still offer free breakfast. You are no longer competitive.
Towels were coarse. We could neither adjust or turn off the hvac unit. Complained at the desk, but nothing was done.
