I liked how friendly and eager to help the staff was. We especially appreciated Angela's super-friendly attitude in the dining room. I arrived for breakfast shortly after breakfast was being served, and Angela was kind enough to go back to the kitchen in order to prepare a plate of food for me. 😀
The desk staff was quick to respond to some minor issues we encountered.
The location is super convenient. You can walk through the back door of the hotel and cross the alley to get to Harry & David's, as well as a couple restaurants. Walmart is also within walking distance.
The price for the room was competitive, and the room was quiet. The shower had a nice amount of pressure.
Although we did experience a problem, Clarion responded very quickly quite a great solution.

Nice hotel room loved the wallpaper image.
Pool and spa was decent.
Breakfast wasn't very great taste-wise, but the lady running it was super friendly. Bit of homeless outside but kept to themselves.

Staff helpful and friendly
First room smelled like cigarettes, carpet frayed and closet doors off track. Second room deadbolt didn’t work, furniture old and chipped, carpet frayed. This in a hotel I paid twice as much as the previous Medford stay. Homeless sitting at outside tables.
