The space in the room and bathroom.
When they serviced my room, they mistakenly took one of my washcloths from the bathroom that I brought. It was brown in color and not white like the ones that are provided.

It was clean and convenient
I fell coming out of the pool area. No wet floor signs or anything were up. I knew it would possibly be slick, and it was. No mat or anything.

The coffee was on point. Everything needed for a perfect cup of coffee.
My room had a urine smell immediately upon walking entering the room. Maintenance immediately came and sprayed a fresh scent, however, we left for about an hour and upon walking back in the room, the urine scent was resurfacing.
The shade to the windows was not operable. I couldn't let the window shade up or down.
