Helpful staff with good communication leading up to trip. Easy to access transit from location. Coffee shop in lobby with 10% discount for guests. Room and bathroom were very clean. Bathroom in particular exceeded expectations. Temperature was comfortable.
The bed was not the most comfortable. The mattress was old and sagged, which led to some back pain for me.

I liked the location, it was very centrally located.
Very strong artificial laundry detergent smell in the room…it was on all the sheets and the towel. As someone sensitive to smells, this was very difficult for me. And bright lights in the hallway all night made it difficult to go to the bathroom at night without waking up completely
