The room was clean and much bigger than I expected. They have 24 hour dry cleaning services, I didn use, but thought that was awesome! They also have free washer and dryer facilities, just need your own laundry soap. They also sell some in the lobby.
The location is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The daily breakfast is good and the socials sounded neat. I didn't get a chance to attend, but they sounded cool.
I wish the TVs provided streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, YouTube. All that I saw I could do was watch local TV. Decent variety of channels and if I wanted to watch YouTube I had to cast from my phone and could only do that with the TV in the living room area. TVs in the room were a bit small for my liking, but I wouldn't take off any points.
I also wish the soda fountain machine was open all the time and not just during breakfasts...and I assume also open during the social events.
Overall, the negatives are more of a personal "wish" and didn't have a hige negative impact on my stay.

I stay at the Staybridge Hotel whenever I travel to PA. Lakeema Reed and Jay are AWESOME! I walk into the hotel and I am immediately greeted by name " Hi Teresa". They always make sure I am taken care of and go above and beyond! They are the best!!!!! Teresa Williams

The location was perfect
The staff was rude when trying in check in 20 minutes early. Had us leave for 20 min and come back while she kept repeating check in is at 3pm! Thats fine but at least offer us to sit down inside , instead making us leave for a few min and come back. The evening staff is just as bad we bought drinks from the hotel and took them to desk to be paid for and she didn't even say Hi just sat there like she didnt care.
