Ate elsewhere due to price.

Website did not say shuttle was seasonal. It stopped the day before check-in when fall foliage crowds were abundant and your pricing had not yet changed to off season.

Beautiful waterfront and excellent restoration and modernization of the facilities.

Several tour buses created crowding.

Location is incredible! Water pressure in the shower was great/

The location was close to Acadia and downtown Bar Harbor. The hotel offered a shuttle to downtown.

They overbooked the hotel and wanted to send us to their "sister hotel down the street." The room I booked was not what I got and they refused to change our room or credit us for the lesser we received. I was charged for someone else's bar/restaurant bill. It was charged to MY room and they wouldn't even respond to my communications. I had to cancel my card.
