The staff was very nice. The hotel was very clean. Our room was also very clean and well maintained.
The only concern we had was the elevator wasn't working well. We had a stroller and it was not easy moving up and down the stairs. Sounded like it needed repairs.

Location is good. Staff was friendly.
Room smelled really strongly of mold/mildew. First floor ice machine area smells of sewage. There’s no central light in the room, just bedside lamps that don’t illuminate the room enough. The bathroom faucet is terribly designed. It’s on the right side of the sink and doesn’t overhang the sink enough to properly wash your hands without touching the sink basin or spilling water all over the counter.
