Location
Older motel and a little worn but clean and all amenities.

We liked the location because it was close to the airport, the room was clean and we were given a 2 bed room, and it was within walking distance to Culver's.
Didn't stay long enough to answer this question.

Front desk staff was nice.
Some of the guest were actually residents. The amenities such as iron is not in the room as you have to walk to the front desk to check out an iron if one is available. The furniture is very old and the beds were uncomfortable and squeaky.
