We were just on a mini overnighter for my granddaughter's 18th birthday, check-in was easy and the desk clerk was very friendly. At one point I "escaped" my granddaughter and her cousin and went downstairs. The clerk changed the TV so I could watch the football game.
According to my granddaughter, the pool was too cool to get in. The room was pretty hot but she said the pool was cold.

Staff needs training. Especially the Latin/Hispanic woman at the front desk. Language and comprehension challenges. Pool was over-run past occupancy limits
