Location, felt very safe, good safe area to walk the dogs, free breakfast, the full kitchen and separate bedroom, a couch and real desk chair. Free laundry facilities for guests!
Desk chair was older and torn, the stove didn’t work in the kitchen, kitchen sink came apart and made a mess, which they didn’t seem overly concerned with. Additional pet fees; elevators didn’t stop even with floors then would drop; parking on a weekend nights was full;

Great access to the highway
Pool area not the best

Ideally located for Fort Worth and Dallas attractions. Plenty of parking and a Chili’s across the road for evening meals and drinks.
The lady who greeted me at reception was abrupt and not very helpful.
Room is showing signs of wear and needs some TLC. Breakfast is fine, paper bowls and plates.
