The vibes were great, staff was very nice, and it was very clean and well put together!
The crowded parking lot, but it wasn’t THAT bad.

Didn’t eat breakfast. Didn’t have time to eat.
Everything was great and comfortable atmosphere with the front desk staff. They were very friendly and helpful.

One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had, and we’ve stayed at a LOT of hotels! The hotel is brand new and soooo stylish, from the lobby interior to all the little details in the room. Honestly, sometimes even 5-star hotels aren’t as cool as this place.
The restaurant is also fantastic, and breakfast was amazing!
But what really deserves a special shoutout is the staff and their attitude. This is what real hospitality feels like – when you genuinely feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment you arrive. Hayden especially went above and beyond and made our stay even more special.
Overall, we absolutely loved it. From now on, whenever we’re in Charlotte, this is where we’re staying!
