Location near the Central Park Performing Arts Center 2 minutes by car! Beautiful park nearby and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Filling breakfast with several options to please all.
Room was pretty barren - needs some decor.
Noisy AC unit, but worked well!
Lingering odor of bleach upon entry. Took awhile to dissapate, but room was CLEAN!

Comfortable and clean bed, friendly staff, room appeared very clean. I slept like a baby. I love that the good soap and lotion is available in the bathrooms.
Hair was in the shower by the drain.

The breakfast provided in the morning.
When I checked in, the wrong room was given, then my reservation was put under another person's name and a new account was created in error. When it was discovered, front desk told me I had to correct the problem and contact IHG myself, which is totally unacceptable.
