The room was clean & the staff friendly. The hotel is older but not in a charming way. It’s away from old town so cheaper than there but still not “cheap”.
Need a rental car to get around or taxis if you don’t drive here which makes it pricier to stay.

"Bus to town. Parking can be impossible in Charleston, so even though we had a car, the Free Bus was perfect."
