Clean, comfortable, and good value while travelling for business. Location is convenient, I have stayed here many times and I continue to come back. The lady who runs the breakfast is an absolute gem as well.
Getting tax invoices for business is on-and-off challenging, only some staff seem to be able to do it. Wifi disconnects a lot, but not during calls so it's okay. Not much to eat nearby if getting in late. Some exercise equipment is not working at all.

It was clean and rooms are spacious.
There is no fan in the bathroom - horrible for showering.

The staff was phenomenal especially Ms. Pat in the evening! But from the cleaning staff, to front desk and even maintenance everyone was very friendly and we received prompt service.
Any issues we had were fixed quickly.
There were a couple of small issues when we arrived with the room but the staff ensured that those were fixed. Also the breakfast is just okay, the eggs are good but everything else is just fine.

Breakfast was not bad... but waffles maching was out of order
My bathtub did not hold the water... only could use the shower. Water in the swimming pool was a bit too cold for my liking... no individual room coffee makers was annoying at night...
