Location and cleanliness
Bed was hard and night clerk was constantly in office watching videos loudly and I couldn’t get her attention

How clean the room was! The staff are very friendly and courteous!
The ice maker didn't work on the 5th floor! But the hotel is very nice and comfortable and clean!

It was okay. Some parts were good. Some not. I would’ve been mad if I had to pay for it.
It was old, trying to look new. I’m very disappointed in the hotel’s policy regarding deposits. I’m still waiting to get mine back.
