The location
The food is bottom grade and the place feels old sorta of like a morgue

Room was extremely cold when we arrived. Tried to modify using thermostat but that did nothing to solve the problem. Our soltion was to turn the power off entirely for the HVAC unit.

Beds were comfortable.
Fridge was not working in my room. AC dial was broken so it was only set to one temperature and it was the coldest temperature.
