It was in a great location, and the staff were cheerful and helpful.
I found the toilet seat to be very low. A grab bar would have been helpful.

Everything was clean and felt modern, even though i know it’s not a new property.
The breakfast didn’t match the look and feel of the hotel. Specifically, the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery; the absence of real maple syrup; the only egg option was the egg white omelette.
Separately, my check-in, after 3 pm, was delayed twenty minutes or so until a room could be ready. I had specifically requested an early check-in (2 pm).

Clean and up to date.
Froze to death. Could not get the heat above 62 degrees in our room.
