It was clean.

We don't stay in hotels much anymore. We opt for an AirBNB when possible. The bed wasn't all that comfy. The place was full, so it was pretty noisy in the morning. Not bad for one night, but I would try to avoid a hotel next time.

The television was not working upon arrival and I reported it. I was told it would be fixed or replaced before I came back from a few places but it was not. Also homeless people fighting in parking lot and walking around cars during the night and looking in them.
