Room was comfortable and most important, clean and updated - no scuffed furniture or worn fabrics etc. Spartan yes, but we expected that from this budget property. We were surprised to find a fridge as had understood the room would not have one, so a nice bonus.
It was the best price around but still expensive for a bare bones room (200, but it's 'leaf season,' I get it). A coffee maker would be a great addition but we knew going in there was none.

It was clean and was close enough to the airport and highway. There were several eating places for dinner and breakfast near by.

Friendly staff. Good shower/bathroom.
Paper thin walls. Thin mattress and not enough pillows.

The check-in staff were friendly. The room was the cheapest we could find in the area. Free parking. The room was the set up the way that I expected. Convenient location from Burlington and off the highway.
The hotel was very noisy very late into the night with guest fights, barking dogs, music playing, and the like. Fruit flies in the bathroom. Beds were very firm. Hallways were dark and had unpleasant odor.
