Clean and good location
The carpets in the entrance lounge were ripped and frayed and need to be replaced. All The chairs in the entrance lounge had large amounts of fabrics peeling off. The mattresses were very old and worn and need to be replaced

The breakfast was fine. The staff we spoke with were kind and informative. The location very good for where we were going. Nice bed and well made. Bathroom was clean.
Needed a little maintenance on the building itself. Some very wore carpets. Battery low on the wall thermostat. Water filler in gym not on. Ice machine on first floor not working. And the
Room could've been a little cleaner, crumbs around bed and edges of room. Pool not in operation. Found a package of half eaten crackers under cup on coffee maker. Not as nice as we have come to expect from Hampton Inn we have stayed at in the past.

It was close to food places.
I booked for a room with 2 queen beds, however when I get there I'm put in a room with 1 king bed and a pullout sofa. The toilet seat was broken, the drawers were broken and there was some kind of stain on one of the pictures, which I don't want to know what is. They would not put me another room, said none were available. How do you give away a reserved room?
