La Concha is central to everything and feels upscale from the moment you step foot onto the property!! They put forth great effort and attention to every detail. The staff was all EXCELLENT, especially Eric—always going the extra mile! Our stay was PERFECTION.

The location was great, located very close to most attractions in Key West. They have flavored water in the lobby and my water bottle was always full of it.
I think there was only one working elevator which is old and moves slow. That is my only negative thing, I would still stay at this place if/when I come back

Location and a great vibe.
Air Conditioning didn’t work well due to a very old building. Basically had to turn it off cause it was so cold and couldn’t control. Also could use more space for clothes. By 5:00pm on our last day our room was never cleaned, so I requested fresh towels and was promptly accommodated.

Location on Duval Street was close to bars and restaurants.
Pool was very small with not enough chairs. Hotel room was very small.
