Good location. Close to LAX airport, and although I didn't use the shuttle service, I saw it both at the hotel and at the airport, highly recognizable and running back and forth quite frequently (I think they also offer live GPS information of the shuttle). There is also a McDonald's right in front of the hotel, and a Starbucks nearby. Front desk staff was really nice and helpful.
Either the wall was thinner than expected or the windows were not sound proof enough. I could hear the traffic outside even though I was assigned to a room on 8th floor. Nevertheless I was tired enough to still fall asleep without too much struggle.

Clean and close by airport
Bathroom was tired .
Prefer to have a shower rather than old bath and shower. Toilet paper in a very awkward place. Water in room to make a coffee would be nice
Outgoing bus was late as in over 59 min wait when advertised 20-30 mins. People including us had to call ubers in fear of being late to airport.
