Great location, friendly staff, great customer service, very accommodating with check out times. Free airport shuttle.
The ice machine on the floor did not have ice, I had to go to a different floor every time I wanted ice. There was a sticky residue on the toilet seat that I tried really hard to remove but was unsuccessful. There was no where in the toilet area where I could hang a towel after use. I would consider these minor issues as the hotel is going through some renovations. I would still choose the hotel as my main choice to stay.
