Breakfast was pretty good - wide selection of hot and cold choices, breads and juices. Room had great view over Nob Hill from 17th floor. Easy to get around the city with plentiful bus connections and cable car nearby.
We were given a room next to the lift shaft so we had to put up with loud whooshing sounds, even at 3am.

Great location and clean and a spacious room for good rate. Even parking included.
A check in clerk was a bit frustrated from other customer.

Coffee machine, broken in lobby restaurant. Restaurant wait staff was rude.
