The location was fantastic and I had real value for my money.
The front desk personnel in my opinion need good customer service relationship, I personally interacted with three different front desk personnel and only one meet industry standard in-terms of customer relationship

Near airport. Part of my Hilton.
Pool wasn’t working , phone in room not working to call front desk for info… had to take elevator from 5th floor. Lyft driver didn’t arrive. Hard to locate mgr. Coffee was like warm in the morning carafe. Tv was hard to get regular station. No shuttle to airport.

Very nice hotel
I booked for 1 night and because I was checking in after midnight they wanted to charge me for 2 nights. I checked in at 12:30 a on 9th and checked out by 9a on 9th.

Comfortable room
Beds to high off the ground. My wife has a handicap and could not easily get in or out of bed.
