Great location. Very quiet even though they were doing construction. Would stay here again!
Nothing!

The Gentleman that took care of our breakfast service was great , he was very social and was on top of his game. Ive been in customer service for 25 years and its great when someone loves his job . He was first class.
The bar tender can use some customer service training. Maybe he was just having a bad nite as he had a attitude problem.

Did not eat breakfast; for the price of the room, it would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast.
We had to change rooms due to a plugged toilet and heat that didn't work. Nice to have a coffee machine, but with two people there was only one caffeinated coffee Kcup, the rest was decaf. They could be a little more generous with these things, again, as we paid a good price for the room.

Location. Easy to get to 485, restaurants, mall, and 51.
Rugs dirty in hall and off elevator, breakfast was subpar for the cost. My tub did not drain after 3 requests, nothing done.
