Breakfast was included in my stay and the food options where delicious and fresh each day. I looked forward to going to breakfast of a morning. It's something I miss now I'm back home.
Honestly the only thing which wasn't a major issue was that the elevators were tired and old. Were functional, but if any ungrades in the hotel where to happen, that would make a nice improvement.

I liked the cleanliness of the property, and the staff was very friendly .
Had to ask for towels every day , the breakfast was very disappointing .
The pool and area around it needed some attention. The pool was green and they closed at mid week. It was 99° every day we were there..

shuttle bus for 15 dollars return to broadway - free to mall and opry - we like the area and would tay again if returned to nashville.
air con didnt work one day but we were checking out the next day - informed staff who sent to maintence but they couldnt rectify why we were there

Friendly staff and location is great
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.
The TV would only work half the time.
The room smelt like they left the laundry in the washer for too long .
