I love everything.
I was disappointed by my interaction with the blonde receptionist at the front desk. When I asked for clarification about breakfast, she brought her fingertips together and repeated her explanation in a way that made her seem annoyed by my questions.
English is not my first language, and I simply wanted to make sure I understood the breakfast arrangements. Her response made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A little patience and a respectful explanation would have made a big difference.

Rivers casino is across the street and I had a time there for new years. I had the best steak ever at Cima.
Housekeeping is rude they just walked in. Complained to front desk and nothing was done. She continued to walk in without addressing who she was or knocking really threw me off
