The reception people were very supportive. Thanks a lot. They have very good facility for everything.
The small fridge in the room doesn't work well.

Amazing staff, really polite and helpful. Everything was clean.
The facilities are quite old and/or not maintained that well. The lift is old and cramped, loud and slow. The room‘s TV remote didn’t work, and the AC unit was loud.

The location and the staff always very helpful!
Great breakfast at American cafe
The hotel really needs to be renovated especially the carpets and the shower.
